Dear EESTECers!
Once again LC Ljubljana is preparing an Advanced Skills Workshop: Medrock Week. This year we have partnered up with Marand, one of the dominant healthcare software development houses.
You will be working together in teams with other passionate programmers and medicine students to find solutions to front-line healthcare challenges in the fields of blockchain applications, remote patient monitoring, data analytics, machine learning, VR, doctor chatbots etc.
Not to scare you off now, but this workshop is a bit more demanding, so we are looking for EESTECers with entrepreneurial spirit and who feel comfortable programming. You will be using Marand’s Think!EHR Platform - a vendor-neutral open health data platform providing APIs and tools for app developers to easily build innovative healthcare apps.
As many of you will already know, EESTEC workshops aren’t just about work, so we at LC Ljubljana are preparing an exciting series of fun evenings and many other surprises which will make you a part of Ljubljana’s famous summer nightlife. While doing crazy city rally tasks, sightseeing and even playing golf, you will be able to discover all the streets and sweet hidden corners of our lovely capital. And after the official part of the workshop, we are organizing a weekend trip to some of the most beautiful places Slovenia has to offer.
